By booking in with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This applies if you book via email, telephone, Facebook, Instagram etc.

1 - Warranty

 

We give no warranty or guarantee on your vehicle. You (the customer / vehicle owner) accept that we are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical component failure of the engine or vehicle before during or after us working on your vehicle.The condition of the vehicles components are in an unknown state prior to us working on the vehicle and although we carry out pre-tuning checks  to try and minimise any issues, we cannot check every single component. The manner in which the vehicle is driven is also unknown to us. It is the customers responsibility to bring us a vehicle in good working order, and any additional labour or failure due to poor maintenance will be charged in full for the service we provide - regardless of the results or performance gains. We are not to be held responsible for any component failure during dyno or road testing.

2 - Road Legality

​

Under the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations (Regulations 61(7) and 61A(3)) and the Road Traffic Act 1988 (Section 42) it is an offence to use on a road a vehicle which has been modified in such a way that it no longer complies with the air pollutant emissions standards it was designed to meet. Under Section 42 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 it is also an offence to cause or permit a vehicle to be used on a road that is non-compliant with legal emission requirements.

Under DVSA regulations we are advised to inform you that any emissions based solutions/deletes are illegal to be used on the UK roads. Any DPF/GPF/Cat/EGR/Adblue & other emissions software or hardware removals are sold on the basis that the vehicle is not for use on the public roads in the UK. Customers from other countries are advised to check their local laws. It is the customers own responsibility as to where, when, and in what manner they decide to drive their vehicle after we have tuned or worked on it. Any off-road/track/farm/private land vehicles which are brought to us for the removal of emissions systems (DPF/GPF/Cat/EGR/Adblue etc) are required to be dropped off and collected via trailer or recovery truck, if this is not possible then we can provide a mobile service for these solutions where we come to wherever the off-road vehicle is stored.

3 - Vehicles left with us

 

We are not held responsible for any damages to vehicles left in our premises or in the car park, vehicles are left at the owners own risk!

4 - Booking deposits

​

All tuning bookings require a non refundable deposit, deposits are not refunded under any circumstances. If you do not contact us and do not turn up for your appointment your deposit will unfortunately be lost as a small compensation towards the money we have lost by you not turning up to the time slot we have set aside for your vehicle. This also applies if you do not give us enough notice to move the booking. We will make a decision as to whether the amount of notice given is adequate enough. The same applies for turning up late to the point that we can no longer fit your vehicle in on the day. If you bring a vehicle in a condition unworthy of tuning you will also lose your deposit and depending on the time spent on the vehicle you may be charged a diagnostics fee (£70+vat). If the problem is something that we can fix on the day then we will do this if we have time and if you agree to the associated charges.

Some mechanical jobs will also require a parts deposit, this can essentially mean paying for the parts up front. We will let you know if this is required for the specific job during the booking process.
