Audi A1 2.0TDI CR140 (CFHD) - Dyno Tune Stage 1+

This 2.0TDI Audi A1 came to us beautifully prepared by its’ owner. They had not skimped on parts and the proof is in the results…

The CFHD engine comes out of the factory with ~140bhp and ~235ft/lb of torque.

With a free flowing exhaust system, some air intake modifications, and a Darkside Developments FMIC kit fitted (along with a base tune for the supporting mods) it made a very healthy 155bhp and 274ft/lb.

After we had revised the tune completed some more data logging we were finally at 198bhp and 350ft/lb of torque! This is a smoke free tune on the standard turbo. Dyno graph below!
