Volkswagen Polo GTI 1.8t (9n3) Stage 2 remap with pops and bangs

This Polo GTI first came to us with a poor remap, the car was very slow and was running rough. We ran the car through our diagnostics (VCDS) replaced the MAF sensor and then fixed the remap. After this the car was driving much better! A few weeks later the owner was back again with 225 injectors and 3" MAF housing which enabled us to unleash the full potential of the k03s turbo.

Full spec:

- BAM 225 injectors

- 3" MAF

- FMIC

- Oversized turbo-inlet pipe

- 3" decat downpipe into full SS exhaust

- Aftermarket BOV

Abarth 500 Stage 1 Remap

We don't just do VAG vehicles or just diesels! We recently had the pleasure of working on this stunning little Fiat (Abarth) 500. These cars come out of the factory with 135bhp and 152ft/lb of torque, we flashed the Bosch ME7.9.10 ECU with the software from the "Esseesse" model which takes these figures up to 160bhp and 170ft/lb. The owner absolutely loves it now!

Volkswagen Passat 2.0TDI PD170 Stage 1 Remap + Hardcut limiter

The owner of this Passat came to us to have their existing tune checked. It was lacking in low down power so we adjusted the map to suit and added our hardcut limiter.
