Volkswagen Golf 2.0TDI PD170 Stage 1 (PPD1.2 ECU) remap & dyno

With our DPF safe stage 1 map we have achieved some good gains on this car. The car has since had some work done (to remove restrictions) and is due to have the standard plastic inlet upgraded to the aluminium inlet manifold from the BKD engine (PD140) - this removes the problematic swirl flaps.

Standard - 167bhp & 258 FT/LB Stage 1 - 198.7bhp & 346 FT/LB

Hopefully we will have some "Stage 1+" results soon once restrictions are removed and the inlet is upgraded!
