Performance modifications:

- Airtec FMIC

- Airtec Hard Pipes

- EGR delete

- Turbo-back exhaust with no restrictions or silencers

This is a great example of a VRS with some tasteful modifications. The car will only require head bolts and a larger turbo to break the 200bhp barrier. We can supply 1756 hybrid turbos which, coupled with the above modifications + headbolts and 4bar MAP sensor, are capable of making ~240bhp.

Specification is:

- 3” full stainless exhaust system with no restrictions

- upgraded high pressure fuel pump

- upgraded front mounted intercooler

- upgraded larger TIP and 3” MAF

Once calibration was finished and some boost issues were resolved (some vacuum lines were the wrong way round!) we ran the car on the dyno with the base map loaded on. (See the video)

After a few runs and some tweaks we managed to achieve 225.4bhp and 278.8ft/lb of torque.

Standard figures (flywheel):

156bhp

154ft/lb

Results (flywheel):

225.4bhp

278.8ft/lb
